How the book launch went down & why you don’t yet have a copy of BT in your hands (but will soon!)
Dear Beautiful Troublemakers:
We have two brief and somewhat contradictory bits of news for you:
The book is launched! We threw a helluva party— we danced to the marching band beside the bobbing Survivaball while watching the guerrilla projection on the Manhattan Bridge.
Except for the limited number of copies we had on-hand at the launch, the book is not yet printed! (Yes, you heard that correctly.) Due to a series of compounding complications from which we’ve only just managed to untangle ourselves, more or less unscathed, our publisher has had to push back our official publication date to June 1. Begging your patience, if you’ve ordered a copy, we swear on our publisher’s grave (and ours) that the books (print and electronic) will ship by May 14 at the absolute latest.
